So, I did have a problem with my order at first, which was kind of frustrating, not gonna lie. I thought it might turn into one of those back-and-forth situations, but support actually got back to me and helped sort it out. It did take a little bit of time, so I was checking my email like, okay, what’s happening now, but in the end they fixed it without too much hassle. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ended up waiting around longer than expected, and the staff seemed kind of annoyed when I checked in. I get that places get busy, but you’d think keeping customers updated or at least being polite would be basic...

I ordered a lens that was listed as in stock, but then I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. The refund went through without any hassle, so that part was fine. Still, it would be nice if the website inventory was kept a bit more up to date.

My order showed up fine, but it took a bit longer than I expected. The tracking also didn’t really update for a couple days, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Nothing was damaged or anything, just felt kind of average to me

I’ve ordered from Procam a few times over the years, so I guess I expected a little more this time around... maybe just better communication or some kind of acknowledgment that I’ve been a returning customer.
I had an issue with my recent order, and support was slow to get back to me. There wasn’t really much help offered, no loyalty discount or anything like that. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but yeah... it did leave me feeling like I was just another order number.

They got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished company talk, but in this case the reply actually came through quickly and felt straightforward...

I’m usually a little skeptical when stores go on about their “curated selection” or whatever, but this place did have a really solid range of stuff. I found what I needed quickly and didn’t have to dig around forever, which I appreciated.

The weird part is, it seemed like a decent deal at first, but by the time shipping and little extras were added on, the price felt way too high for what I actually got. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I’d definitely shop around more next time before buying here.

"Easy purchase and better than expected"
I ordered a used lens and a couple of small accessories from procam, mostly because I kept putting it off and finally just needed to get it done. The lens showed up in better condition than I was expecting and it was packed really well. I had a quick question about the mount fit, since I probably should’ve double-checked that before ordering, but they got back to me fast. Overall it was a easy experience, and I’d buy from them again.

"Repair was a bit of a hassle, but Procam helped"
Had to send my camera in for repair, which was annoying as hell, but Procam helped me get everything sorted out. There was a little back-and-forth over email and it wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but they did answer my questions and kept the whole thing moving. Bit of a pain in the butt, but it got handled fine in the end

"Wrong item showed up"
I ordered a specific camera accessory from procam.com, but they ended up sending me a different model. It was similar enough that I had to double-check everything, but it definitely wasn’t the one listed on my invoice and it didn’t fit what I needed.
I was already a little stressed because I needed it for an upcoming shoot, so this just put me in a bad mood. Customer service took a while to get back to me, and I still had to go through the hassle of sending it back. Frustrating overall, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Lens Worked, But Condition Felt Overstated"
As someone who’s careful about buying used camera gear, I was a little disappointed with my order from procam. The lens was listed as being in good condition, but when it arrived, it had more visible wear than I expected based on the photos. I also noticed some dust inside the lens. It does work, so it’s not a total loss, but I felt like the listing made it look cleaner than it actually was

The order itself turned out fine, but the emails didn’t really give me much to go on. I had to ask twice just to get updates, which made me nervous because I didn’t want to risk missing something or having the order get delayed without knowing. "Felt like I had to beg for help"
I went on procam.com hoping to get a little advice before making a purchase, but the whole experience felt frustrating. The replies were short and not very helpful, almost like I was bothering them by asking. I had a basic question and the answer I got back was so vague that it made me feel like I was begging for someone to actually explain things. Maybe they were busy, but it left me with some resentment and a bad impression. I ended up deciding not to buy from them.
